We extend our sincere appreciation on the services offered by Mr. Ashfaq ,as tour manager from your organisation, during our kashmir visit. The arrangements on the houseboat were flawless. Staff was hospitable and courteous. Everything -  from pick up, transportation to hotels in Gulmarg & Phalgam, sightseeing, meals, boarding, etc. were immaculately co-ordinated and arranged. We look forward to organising our next tour through your company.

I have loved my stay at the Houseboats!  The staff is warm, friendly and extremely accommodating.  The hike was breathtaking.  I would never stay anywhere else and I hope my next trip is soon!

Thanks so much for a beautiful stay at the Houseboats.  Your generosity in making me feel at home was the best part!  Thanks for sharing of yourselves and your state.  The trek was fun time too - I wish it had been a clear day so we could have seen the mountains, but it was still awesome.  Part of our stay was really cold so perhaps have additional spare heaters for the rooms.

I have been very delighted by the services provided at the Houseboats.All the staff have created a warm environment where we felt very at home during our stay .  My needs were well attended to; breakfasts were tasty and on time.  I have also seen other guests at the houseboat to make sure people's needs were accommodated to. Kashmir is beautiful, we have had great days at the houseboat with very good service. Also the sightseeing was great and we all enjoyed it very much. Tahir has been excellent in showing us around and is good with his humor and service. Wi ll come again and travel with Experience India!!
